This is “Sage Partner Cloud”, a tool that allows the activities of hosted companies to be managed remotely. There is also the Sage accounting tool, software that makes accounting easier, much more suitable for small businesses. These two software programs ultimately make it possible to manage the smallest administrative details of a company, all in real time and anywhere, with Internet access. Optimada, a company specializing in human resources management software, consulting reseller and Sage competence center, states that it is “a digital solution for businesses. They need to effectively manage their time, as well as the activities of their employees.”
In light of the explanations provided by Tiana Randrianasolo, owner-manager of the company Optimada, it is much easier to manage business operations in real time via the Cloud. “By using these digital solutions, business activities will be streamlined. They will also see their tax situation regularized periodically, along with the smallest details relating to the management of the business, all in a digitalized space. It will no longer be necessary to have a large storage space such as archives, because everything will be digitalized and stored in Cloud servers,” concedes this representative of the company during the digital morning, an open day which will was held yesterday at Carlton Anosy. They also allow more autonomy and efficiency, especially for small businesses, forming a large part of the local economic fabric. According to Optimada managers, nearly 60% of local companies already use the “Sage” management tool. They are formed by small and medium-sized businesses, but there are also large companies among them.
