ProChile Virtual Classroom will have a course on artificial intelligence applied to international business

by daily weby

The fourth version of the International Trade Management Training Program (in the ProChile Virtual Classroom) will begin with five courses that will be offered in this first semester of 2024.

These courses aim to provide knowledge of international trade that allows developing capabilities and reinforcing skills in export operational processes and internationalization strategies.

The list includes, for the first time, a synchronous course (with live classes) on artificial intelligence in international business, plus four asynchronous courses on “export process of goods”, “export process of services”, “international pricing ” and “international business plan.”

“This year’s developments are related to the fact that artificial intelligence (AI) has been integrated both into a course, which will teach how to apply this tool to international trade, but will also be used to accompany students in the teaching process and learning in our programs. This AI will provide immediate feedback on the course contents, allowing students to understand their strengths and areas for improvement quickly and efficiently,” says Talía Muñoz, head of Integrated Export Services (SIEX) at ProChile.

“In the year that ProChile celebrates 50 years of existence, we believe that initiatives such as the Virtual Classroom support us to continue approaching SMEs and guide them to export, continue developing their export potential, seeking new markets and products, always developing a thought and strategic analysis regarding what is involved in the internationalization process of a company,” says Muñoz.

The academic offer of the ProChile Virtual Classroom was designed with the collaboration of the Institute of International Studies (IEI) of the University of Chile and is taught by academics, professionals, experts and collaborators of the ProChile network.

More than 1,600 students have passed the courses since 2020, but there is a demand of more than 2,000 people per year who want to participate in this international management training program.

Applications will be until Sunday, April 21, 2024. Interested people can register through this form.
