They are all top chefs and are embarking on a buddy trip through the region for the second time USA. They travel around 4,500 miles across the country in a small motorhome and experience adventures together. For Frank Rosin, “Road Trip America – Three Top Chefs on Four Wheels” is a real buddy trip. “Roadtrip Amerika”, season 2: broadcast and repetition on TV and stream
The second season of “Road Trip America” will be broadcast just like the first season KabelEin. In addition to the transmission in the linear TV program, you can also watch the episodes after the TV broadcast in the Sat.1-Media library or on Joy’s look. An official repeat of the episodes in TV is currently unknown.

The heart of “Roadtrip Amerika” are the top chefs Frank Rosin, Alexander Kumptner and Ali Güngörmüş. Frank Rosin has two Michelin stars and is one of the best chefs in Europe. And Frank Rosin also has a personal connection to America. After his culinary apprenticeship, the now 57-year-old spent six months in California. For him, “Road Trip America” is a “real buddy story.” However, the chef is also known from other TV formats. The next in line is Alexander Kumptner. He is also known from “The Taste” and “The sweet Taste”. In 2013 he was crowned with the second Gault Millau toque. In the group, he describes himself as the “adrenaline representative”: “I’m definitely doing the road trip because I just want to have a great time with two friends. It definitely won’t be boring.”
