The Peugeot 208 was the vehicle most chosen by Argentines in the month of June, ending with a 10.8% market share. Leader of the B-Hatch segment in our country, the Peugeot 208 has more than 57,000 patented units since its launch in August 2020 to date.
The Peugeot 208 achieved in June 2023 the highest quota for a model of the French brand since 1995. Until now the record was held by the Peugeot 405 with 9.1% of the market.
The sales of the model have a direct impact on the production of the El Palomar plant, province of Buenos Aires, where the number of units manufactured grew by more than 30% in the last year, compared to the same period in 2022.
