Record number of participants. The Korean Ambassador’s Cup brought together four hundred and forty-five participants from wards to seniors categories. The champion of the -54kg senior category, Nerson Mampionona Njakarimanana of the ATF of Toamasina, was voted best fighter. Nerson is the defending national champion and category winner at the Chinjok Open. The trophy for best female fighter went to Gracia Ravoson. She achieved a double by winning the trophies for seniors and juniors -49kg. Gracia is also the reigning Madagascar champion and Chinjok Open gold medalist.
