JUDO – OPEN D’EUROPE SENIORS

The European tour continues for Laura Aina Rasoanaivo Razafy. The Malagasy judoka, ranked world number 2 among juniors, was eliminated from entry to the European Open in Madrid in Spain this Saturday. Exempted from the first round, Laura Rasoanaivo Razafy, engaged in the category of -70kg girls, folded in the first fight in front of the Frenchwoman, Clara Galludec, aged 19. Ranked 42nd in the world, the latter finished third in the category in Madrid. A week ago, on June 3 and 4, the reigning African junior champion played in the European Junior Cup in Prague, at the end of which she finished in fifth place. In her calendar, Laura Rasoanaivo will participate in the African Cup for juniors then the African Open for seniors in Niamey, Niger, on June 23 and 24 respectively. A month later, she will compete in the African Junior Championships on Malagasy soil.
