Ingredients:
– 125 cc of milk
– 125 cc of water
– 100 g butter
– 5 g of fine salt
– 5 g of sugar
– 150g of flour
– 4 eggs
– 1 cup of powdered sugar
Preparation
Bring the milk and water to the first boil together with the butter, salt and sugar. Add the flour at once. Form a paste without lumps. Dry over the fire for one minute.
Change the bowl, let it warm and add the eggs one by one, mixing with a wooden spoon. Place the dough in a sleeve and make peaks on a cold, buttered plate. Brush with beaten egg.
Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180°C and then lower the temperature a little until cooking is complete (approximately 20 to 30 more minutes). Cool well on a wire rack or board.
Fill with a sleeve with chantilly cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
